The hotel's location is great, it's close to a tram station. There are bars and restaurants nearby. They offer a variety of meals and the food I had was tasty.

Excellent value and brilliant accommodation with magnificent setting close enough to supertram and bus stops, the tram line and transport links fof bus. Fab food combined with a friendly service. Good experience there.

Mid-priced private pub/hotel, well run, clean, excellent food reasonably priced. Breakfast (included) was very substantial! Room good size, quite comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. As a pub, excellent range of real ales on draught. We used it for the first time for proximity to family, will probably use it again. No problems except no secure parking altough side road is very quiet. Only reason for going elsewhere is special discounts from chains, if not available, will be back.

The room was modern and offered all the standard facilities and a TV set. Had a full size and delicious breakfast with the orange juice, beer plus good coffee. - Incredible location and overall the staff was super-friendly.

The staff were very approachable, friendly and obliging. They couldn't do enough for you. They wanted to provide a good service and that is exactly what they did. The room was clean and tidy, the pub grub was always good and their own brewed beers were a real ale delight.

Comfortable and up-to-date rooms with a spacious bathroom. the staff here provides awesome service. You've got all the essentials covered - ironing gear, a work desk, and a big TV with lots of channels. 🌟
